Today i am feeling: grateful that my mind doesn't work like NK Jemisin's, which, while brilliant and creative and one of a kind, seems also kinda exhausting. I do love me some alternate history where the world is more just, even if just as wicked. felt like it could have been written by anyone, where the first three were so distinct. Not going to lie.this didn't have much oomph for me.
